Refund and Returns Policy

 


Skyblue Marketing Orders

All Skyblue Marketing orders are final since they are all custom designs uploaded by the customer. Refund is given when a product arrives damaged or after the promised delivery date noted in your confirmation email or checkout page



Print On Demand Orders

All Print On Demand orders are final since they are all custom designs uploaded by the customer. Refund is given when a product arrives damaged or after the promised delivery date noted in your confirmation email or checkout page

Everything Else 

All orders (Not including Skybue & Print on Demand orders) are eligible for a full refund. You will have 30 days to open a claim via your dashboard or you can chat with our customer care team Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 PM EST. Once the order is received back in our warehouse you will have the option to get store credit or a full refund issue back to the original payment method. 

Late or missing refunds

A refund can take 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank to post back to your account

If you haven’t received a refund yet after 3 to 7 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our live chat support system 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by using our live chat support system 


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
